I am visiting from out of town and I visited cinergy at this location for the first time. I have had a great experience at the Odessa location previously. I ordered the southwest salad which looked amazing on the picture. When it arrived, I got what looked like a taco salad with about five bites of "salad" and no salad dressing and no silverware. My granddaughter had no silverware for her mac & cheese and my sister and my mom had no plates for their pizza so of course we had to make trips back to the counter after the movie started. Luckily we came across Gabriel, who was amazing! I was going to leave a one star review, but because of him it is a three star because he made me a new salad that actually looked like a salad, even though it is still in a taco salad bowl. And it was de and it included dressing. So thank you Gabriel! Beware if you order the southwest salad because what you will actually get is what is pictured. Literally barely covered the bottom of the shell.

I was disappointed by the level of professionalism during my visit. There was this female manager who spent a significant amount of time loudly talking on her phone while employees appeared to be left handling customers without much support. It created an unprofessional atmosphere and gave the impression that management was not engaged or attentive. Overall, the experience left me with a poor impression of the theater, and I hope the professionalism of the workplace improves.

Its great this cinergy is small compared to others in area but it doesnt effect their quality. The food we order is always 10/10 and there is nothing to complain about on customer service the employees have always been friendly and helpful. We always enjoy taking the whole family to this location. I did however knock off a star because we recently purchased the platinum package that included extra goodies when we go which includes 2 attraction passes and when we questioned what they could be applied to since they dont have much for the "attractions" They said that the location does not honor the passes since they are smaller. Had we known that we probably would have gone to a different location so they could be used.

Came in with the family last week, the kids loved the new Disney Hoppers movie. I do want to mention that I find it weird an older female manager with black hair kept following around this young man around. It was like they were attached at the hip! Call me old fashioned, but managers should not be so close to their suboordinates. Otherwise, we had a good time watching the movie.

This is a pretty good example of how a movie theatre should be. I have visited here maybe 12 times and the theatre is very consistent at what it does best - delivering quality affordable experiences. The theatre is super clean. I can’t stand a theatre that when you walk in your feet are slightly sticking to the floor with each step. You will not have that issue here. The chairs are comfortable and clean as well. The snack bar prices are not outlandish. Neither are the prices at the adult bar. I think you will all enjoy this theatre. Go and give it a try!!!
